9.Return & Refund Policy

Please review our policy before placing an order.
1. Standard Products
For non-customized products, return or replacement may be accepted if:
the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
the item received does not match the order specifications
the request is made within 7 days after delivery
the product is unused and in its original packaging
Clear photos or videos must be provided before any return is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Customized Products
Customized or OEM/ODM products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by production.
3. Shipping Damage
If the shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the carton and products. We will work with the logistics provider and arrange a solution if needed.
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned goods are received, inspected, and approved by our QC team. Processing time is usually 5–10 business days.
